How Do I Get A Library Card?

To get a library card, go to one of the three Lawrence County Libraries, Frank Dickson Campbell Memorial Library in Bessemer, Elwood City Area Public Library or New Castle Public Library. Bring identification that has your current mailing address. Sign an
application form and a card will be issued at that time.

I Don't Live In Lawrence County, Can I Still Get A Card?

Yes. If you have a home library, check to see if it is a member of the Access PA project. Register at your home library and bring their card with you to any of the libraries in Lawrence County. You will be required to sign an application form and a card will be
issued to you. If you do not have a home library that is part of the Access PA project, a $24.00 non - resident fee will be charged. You will have access to all the libraries in Lawrence County.
